No Refund Policy
All payments made to Make My Shopify are non-refundable. Once a project has been initiated, resources, time, and effort are allocated to your work, and therefore we do not offer refunds under any circumstances.
Before Making a Payment
We encourage all clients to:
- Review project scope and requirements carefully
- Understand the services being offered
- Clarify all doubts before making payment
Project Commitment
Once payment is made:
- The project will be scheduled and initiated
- Our team will begin allocating resources and working on deliverables
- No cancellations or refunds will be entertained
Exceptions
Refunds will not be provided for:
- Change of mind
- Delay caused by client-side inputs or approvals
- Misunderstanding of services after payment
- Third-party issues (themes, plugins, hosting, etc.)
