No Refund Policy

All payments made to Make My Shopify are non-refundable. Once a project has been initiated, resources, time, and effort are allocated to your work, and therefore we do not offer refunds under any circumstances.

Before Making a Payment

We encourage all clients to:

  • Understand the services being offered
  • Clarify all doubts before making payment

Project Commitment

Once payment is made:

  • The project will be scheduled and initiated
  • Our team will begin allocating resources and working on deliverables
  • No cancellations or refunds will be entertained

Exceptions

Refunds will not be provided for:

  • Change of mind
  • Delay caused by client-side inputs or approvals
  • Misunderstanding of services after payment
  • Third-party issues (themes, plugins, hosting, etc.)
